Primark cameo scarf

I nipped into primark the other day and saw a lady carrying a gorgeous cameo scarf in nude and black,but after scouring the rest of the store for it, i left empty handed.
As some of you may know i am a member of the swapping site big wardrobe and asked there if anybody had seen it in their local primark,within an hour or so i was told that it is in store now and one particular member very kindly offered to get me one and post it to me.
I Did find one on eBay for £9.99 buy it now, but you can get it in stores now for a bargain £3,
what is that all about??


Anyway it came yesterday and i love it.

Its really is nice when someone goes out of their way for someone they have never met,it really makes me smile :)

Todays bargain haul

On my little jaunt to the local boot sale today i came across some real bargains,mainly river island (one of my favourite shops)

 Needless to say i am really happy with my purchases today,my son also treated me to...

ME,ME,ME blush in rouge shade,i have read a few great reviews on this product and it is a lot cheaper than benefit,

I have been thinking about getting this for a while,it is a really pretty colour.

i will do a review on this in a few weeks and let you know how i got on.

Boots no 7 exceptional definition mascara review

I have not done many reviews of makeup in this blog before but i do do believe that if i find a great product it is fair to let everyone else know about it too.
I usually use no7 extreme length mascara and i love it  but on a trip to boots a few months back i treated myself to the new no7 exceptional length mascara,mainly because i had a free £5 voucher to use so it would only cost me £7 instead of £12 but also because i would receive a free eyeshadow palette too,happy days!

I have been using it now for a few months and it is one of the best mascaras i have tried.
to apply you use the longer side of the applicator to coat the lashes,then the smaller side to separate.the end can be used to add definition to outer lashes.


They coat the lashes with enough mascara but not too much,does not clump and gives great extension and definition.
It stays all day without flaking and is easy to remove at the end of the day with minimum effort.

I  hope this review has been of some help to anyone considering trying a new mascara and unsure of what to buy,i would definitely recommend this one.

I will be trying the new rimmel one (see below post) as soon as i have run out of this one and will review that too in a few months time.

Rimmel max curves mascara

I came home today to find a lovely suprise....
I had won a new rimmel max curves mascara, YAY!

cant wait to use it but i am going to wait until i have finished my fave no7 one first.

End of sale items

On my trip into town today i couldn't help but check out a few shops to see if there was any decent items left in the sales.
firstly i went into superdrug out the me me me blush I've heard everyone talk about and quite liked the rouge shade,however i decided i should use my unopened ones before i purchase another but now wish i had bought it :S

Next was new look,i spent ages trying on shoes and couldn't make my mind up and when i finally decided i noticed they were 2 different sizes and the only pair left....DAMN!
they have loads of lovely shoes though starting from £5 so well worth a look if your passing but i left empty handed.

I also nipped in republic,they had 2 rails left with some gorgeous items for £5 but either teeny tiny sizes or too big for me so left there empty handed too.

well worth a trip to see whats left as people tend to think all the best stuff goes straight away but that's not necessarily true so whatya waiting for? :)

Loves and dislikes of the moment

Here are a few of the things i am loving at the moment


Lush cosmetics- i love the aromas and everything looks good enough to eat,cant get enough of these items at the moment.


Estee Lauder foundation,definitely the best one i have tried although a little expensive at £25 it is worth it.e

floaty, silky, girly tops,definitely a must for this spring and summer


clothes,shoes and accessories swapping,I've had loads of great swaps recently costing next to nothing





and now for the dislikes..


Pandora bracelets- i just don't feel the whole Pandora bracelet thing,I've seen much prettier bracelets too




ever rising fuel prices,surely cant keep going up even more




Louis vuitton- am i the only person who doesn't like the bags etc,i just don't particularly like them or do i have no taste :P




designers-not too fussed about who designed an item as long as i like it that's all that matters

ITS...

MY BIRTHDAY YAY!  :D

and this week i am going to hold a giveaway,just as soon as ive decided what to give.

priceless?.. hmm not quite!!!

You may remember not too long ago i done a post on the priceless shoes sale,well just to let you know i finally received my order the other day after ordering on the 17th DEC.
i received all but one pair of the shoes i ordered,apparently they came in a separate order and were lost in transit!!!
Ive heard stories off a few people about priceless shoes saying that they didn't get their full order or they received emails stating that a particular pair didn't pass quality control.
i understand that they would've had a very high demand for their sale items especially when they were only £2/£3 per pair but was still slightly disappointed after waiting what seemed like forever for my order i didn't receive all the pairs i ordered but they did refund me straight away and they also refunded me the original p&p too.
they gave me 20% off my next order too but i doubt i will bother ordering again :(
i will put priceless shoes in the same do not order list as goddiva i think.

did anybody else order from the priceless shoes sale? were you happy with your order?

my jewellrey shelf

Here is my little girlie jewellery shelf,which at the moment houses a little selection of my perfumes and little girlie bits and bobs.
this is not all my jewellery by the way,i have various other pieces in drawers and boxes etc

i have made necklace hanger by putting a hook in the side but recently had the massive job of untangling about 15 necklaces,nightmare!

so i bought this from the local b&m store the other day for £1

now hopefully my jewellery will be a lot more organised.

I also couldn't resist this yesterday from matalan,a cute penguin hottie,it has a pouch in the back which you warm up in the microwave to heat and it smells of lavender,it came with a pair of stripy pink penguin socks too and a bargain at £3 in the sale.
